- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Experience establishing and leading high-performing technical teams in hardware engineering or information security
- Threat modeling experience including data flows, trust boundaries, and STRIDE-style analysis
- Ability to secure Linux-based on-premises or cloud infrastructure at scale
- Experience with authentication, authorization, hardening, patching, logging, and incident response
- Comfortable presenting risk and priorities to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in security or related field

## Nice to have

- 5+ years as technical team lead bridging engineering, product, and customers
- Experience leading or mentoring support teams of engineers
- Experience securing AI-assisted developer workflows including connected CLIs, agent permissions, and prompt injection risks
- Background in security monitoring, detection engineering, and investigation of suspicious activity
- Familiarity with EDA workflows, semiconductor design environments, or large-scale HPC environments
