## Required

- 4+ years endpoint engineering, systems administration, or IT operations in mixed Mac and Windows environment
- Hands-on production experience with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language for device automation
- Working knowledge of enterprise identity provider such as Okta
- Experience with patch management and OS update strategy
- Experience with zero-touch device provisioning at scale
- Kanban or Agile working style with ticket-driven queue discipline

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Depth in one MDM platform with demonstrated competence in the other
- Familiarity with Entra ID as alternative to Okta
