## Required

- 2-year diploma in Design or Drafting
- 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter or similar role
- 3 years of experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP, ECTR, and Excel
- Experience with SAP/ECTR in a document-controlled environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Understanding of engineering change processes and workflow systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork
