## Required

- 7+ years progressive tax and/or treasury experience
- US federal, state, and international tax compliance knowledge
- Indirect tax experience (sales/use tax, VAT)
- Core treasury responsibilities (cash forecasting, banking, liquidity, FX management)
- Experience building policies and processes from scratch
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

## Nice to have

- CPA certification
- Big 4 experience
- Software licensing or subscription revenue model experience
- Transfer pricing, R&D tax credit, or IP structuring experience
- Tax automation tools familiarity
- Modern ERP and billing systems experience
