- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field

- Lead or complete complex projects across technical and operational teams
- Communicate technical findings and quality risks to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Support occasional night shifts and weekend work
- Travel as required by Test and Launch operations
- US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral location

## Nice to have

- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, aerospace, or complex assembly environment
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, NASA quality standards, or comparable regulated quality systems
- Experience with FMEA, APQP, SPC, or PPV methodologies
- Experience using PLM, MES, ERP, or QMS systems for quality workflows and data analysis
