## Required

- 7+ years in business systems, finance systems, or enterprise applications role at a large company
- Deep hands-on configuration expertise in at least two of: Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, Qlik, or comparable enterprise Finance platforms
- Demonstrated ownership of SOX ITGC controls for Finance applications including audit participation and control design
- Experience owning system configuration changes through formal change management in a SOX environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently from requirements through deployment
- Strong analytical and data skills including SQL, Qlik, or reporting tools for diagnosis and validation
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate productivity and work quality

## Nice to have

- Deep familiarity with Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, and Qlik
- Experience with Plan to Perform transformation programs including chart of accounts redesign or system consolidation
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud/Fusion as migration target or production environment in SOX Finance context
- Active applied use of AI tools in Finance or systems context including prompt engineering and workflow design
- Experience supporting earnings release or external reporting in a public company Finance environment
- CPA, CISA, or equivalent certification
