- Linux systems administration fundamentals (RHEL/CentOS and/or Ubuntu)
- Methodical troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
- Direct user interaction experience in technical support or operations role
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to follow established processes with attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Bash or Python scripting and automation experience
- Workload scheduler knowledge (LSF, Slurm, or similar)
- Network computing infrastructure experience (NFS, automounter, LDAP)
- HPC or large-scale compute environment support experience
- Familiarity with EDA workloads
