## Required

## Nice to have

- Strong HR background with Workday experience as consultant or client stakeholder
- Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Current Workday HCM certification
- Additional Workday certifications in Compensation, Security, Recruiting, or Talent & Performance
- Mid-level Workday experience
