- Significant experience in structured credit or securitized products with domain expertise in CMBS, CRE CLO, or business-purpose residential lending

- Strong understanding of CRE fundamentals: underwriting, cap rates, NOI, DSCR, and LTV dynamics
- Proficiency in programming languages used in structured finance modeling
