## Required

- Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN)
- Current Florida or Multistate RN licensure
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum six months previous RN experience
- Fluency in English (reading, verbal, and written)
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Ability to use abstract reasoning for patient assessment and care planning

## Nice to have

- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- One or more years of RN experience in acute care hospital progressive care unit setting
