- Ability to travel throughout Canada with occasional US travel
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to climb ladders and enter confined spaces

## Nice to have

- Ontario Certificate of Competency for boiler and pressure vessel inspection
- Active National Board Commission
- Experience with power generation, cogeneration, hydro, renewable energy, or mining sectors
