## Summary

A hands-on technical role embedding you with healthcare customers to guide them from initial feasibility through full implementation and support of the Protege data platform. You'll own multiple concurrent customer engagements, build custom solutions for complex healthcare data challenges, and identify patterns that feed back into product development.

## Required

- Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, forward deployed engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Ability to own customer engagements end-to-end from scoping through delivery and support
- Strong technical execution across custom solutions, integrations, data transformations, and applications
- Comfort operating in healthcare data environments with sensitivity to PHI and regulatory considerations
- Strong customer-facing communication and ability to build trust with technical stakeholders
- Ability to bridge customer needs with product and platform capabilities
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
