- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Deep understanding of apparel manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of apparel creation including ideation, development, specification and execution
- Proven ability to inspire and drive creative direction through product execution
- Collaborative spirit and ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external partners
- Strong communication and presentational skills
