- 8+ years in manufacturing leadership roles
- Experience leading high-mix, low-volume manufacturing value streams
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong shop floor leadership presence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Project management and business acumen
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 10% travel capability

## Nice to have

- Medical device, life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology manufacturing experience
- FDA, ISO 13485, or regulated quality system experience
