- Deep understanding of CX/EX technology landscape and vertical workflows
- Hands-on SI/GSI channel experience with deal registration and partner tiers
- Executive presence and cross-functional influence without direct authority
- Healthcare vertical experience strongly preferred, ideally with EHR platforms like Epic

## Nice to have

- Prior employment at a leading healthcare IT or EHR company (Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, MEDITECH)
- Direct experience with Epic ecosystem integration and partner programs
- Working familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration in regulated industries
- Experience securing strategic partner designations from hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
- Track record closing enterprise co-sell opportunities with clear revenue attribution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience
