## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
- 5+ years in an IT role
- Experience leading agile delivery at program or solution level with SAFe
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks across multiple teams and ARTs
- Experience facilitating Program, Solution, and ART-level ceremonies (PI Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt, etc.)
- Experience coaching Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, or Product Managers
- Experience with agile modeling practices including Kanban
- Experience with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Rally)
- Experience overseeing program financials in Lean Portfolio or Agile context (budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, variance reporting)
- Experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders on strategic alignment
- Cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work
