## Required

- CNC machinist experience or equivalent role
- G-code and M-code programming adjustment proficiency
- Understanding of machining principles and cutting tool applications
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with precision measuring tools and quality checks
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs
- Can work swing shift Mon-Thu 3pm-1:30am with overtime as needed

## Nice to have

- Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing
- Experience collaborating with programming teams to improve processes
