## Required

- 4+ years HR or People Ops experience, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance (I-9s, wage & hour, documentation)
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in high-volume environment
- Stay organized and detail-oriented across multiple workstreams
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Based in NYC with ability to travel throughout markets
- Expertise in employee relations and navigating issues with sound judgment
- Coaching managers on performance management and accountability
- Strong grasp of People Ops fundamentals (onboarding, compliance, documentation, investigations)
