## Required

- Valid current Master Electrician license
- Significant experience as Journeyman and Master Electrician
- Advanced proficiency with electrician tools and testing equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Ability to pass background check and participate in drug and alcohol program
- Capability to travel up to 100% including overnight stays

## Nice to have

- Experience in manufacturing environment
- PLC programming or automation systems experience
- Certifications in specific electrical systems or technologies

- High-voltage systems experience
- Knowledge of NEC and relevant standards
