## Required

- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Expertise in SAP Spend solutions or related enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and English
- Deep understanding of procurement and finance business processes
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles
- Strategic account planning and expansion selling track record
- Strong negotiation and C-suite relationship building skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with SAP Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Finance/AP, ERP, or Workforce Management solutions
- Existing relationships in procurement and finance communities (CIOs, CPOs, CFOs)
- Background in top-tier consulting or deep industry expertise
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technology trends
- Experience with strategic consulting partners like McKinsey, Bain, Accenture, or similar
- VMS or vendor management system knowledge
