- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and AI/ML systems
- Hands-on data analysis capability with SQL and Python
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and agents
- Familiarity with model evaluation and quality measurement
- Background with MCP tools and agentic systems
- Experience designing reinforcement learning loops
