## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years construction management experience with base build and TI
- Large commercial/industrial project experience
- Understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- Travel ~30%

## Nice to have

- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- Managed $100M+ project scopes
- Lean construction or sustainability experience
- Heavy MEP or electrical systems background
