- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years hands-on experience maintaining automated equipment in manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
- Troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-controlled electro-mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, motors, drives, field devices, and automation systems
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as MAXIMO
- Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Ability to safely repair, adjust, calibrate, and validate precision automation equipment
- Flexibility to support various shifts

## Nice to have

- Associate degree, technical certification, or advanced training in automation, industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical technology
- Experience in high-volume pharmaceutical, distribution, fulfillment, or production operations
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis, OSHA 1910 standards, robotics, industrial controls, or machine vision systems
- Exposure to data-driven maintenance strategies
- Ability to travel occasionally to support other facilities
