- CPA license in good standing
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3–5 years in a team lead, supervisory, or people leadership role
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Experience managing external financial statement audits
- Experience in a SOX-compliant or public company environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

- Experience in high-growth manufacturing, technology, or similarly complex operating environment
