- Previous leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, food production, or manufacturing
- Direct management experience with managers and supervisors
- Familiarity with regulatory and food safety requirements for food-based facilities
- Experience with SQF or similar food safety and quality management systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
- Root cause analysis experience
- Training others on new processes and procedural updates
- Strong team management skills across multiple departments
- Leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem analysis and strategic thinking
- Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

## Nice to have

- SQF Practitioner or relevant food safety certification
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM, or other relevant certifications
- 5+ years of plant, warehouse, or fulfillment center operations experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing or food industry experience
