## Required

- Proven track record selling technical software to U.S. federal customers or major defense prime contractors
- Experience owning customer relationships through deployment, adoption, and expansion phases
- Familiarity with Department of Defense, intelligence community, or federal civilian agency procurement environments
- Strong technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or equivalent technical knowledge
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder federal acquisition processes including OTAs, CSOs, and programs of record
- Comfortable in ambiguous startup environments with minimal structure
- Strong execution bias and ownership mindset

## Nice to have

- Founded or scaled an early-stage company
- Closed and grown large multi-stakeholder enterprise or federal software deals
- Moved pilots into production in federal environments with demonstrable adoption and consumption growth
- Managed strategic accounts measured by both new revenue and expansion of existing customer usage
- Computer science or engineering background with transition into go-to-market
- Thrive in high intensity, high accountability environments
