## Required

- Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Demonstrated account management and sales performance track record
- Valid driver's license in good standing, minimum age 21, acceptable driving record
- Field-based work 100% of the time
- Meet BMS Qualified Driver requirements

## Nice to have

- Experience with emerging data and clinical trials in oncology
- Familiarity with speaker program organization
- Background in medical affairs or medical science liaison roles
- Experience with data analysis and HCP segmentation strategies
