## Required

- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays) or split peak and non-peak days
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- Ability to uphold company dress code
