## Required

- Bachelor of Science in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- 6+ years designing, building, and commissioning manufacturing and assembly tooling and fixtures
- CAD and FEA-based analysis software experience
- Full-cycle project completion experience
- Strategic tooling buildout and project management for production

## Nice to have

- Design for manufacturability and design for assembly expertise from prototype to production
- Knowledge of manufacturing materials, GD&T, and tolerance/stack-up analysis
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including mills, lathes, welding, sheet-metal bending, lifting/rigging, assembly, and inspection
- Custom machine design experience with motors, actuators, linear rails, pneumatics, and bearings
