- 5+ years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in high-growth environment
- Experience building a team or function from zero
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure)
- Experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications
- Commercial experience scoping, pricing, and delivering technical engagements to enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success embedding with customer engineering teams on complex production systems

## Nice to have

- Experience with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0
- Leadership experience with forward-deployed or embedded engineering teams at AI-native or developer platform companies
- Ownership of a professional services P&L or experience defining services pricing and packaging from scratch
- Comfort representing the function externally at conferences or customer briefings
