- Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
- Strong leadership and people development experience

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE)
- Experience with complex manufacturing operations
- Prior involvement with ISO-based management systems and cross-site or global EHS initiatives
