- Experience producing technical documentation, tutorials, or knowledge base content for software products
- Experience implementing or working with engineering or manufacturing processes such as PLM, BOM management, production workflows, or traceability systems
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, structured explanations for users
- Experience gathering, organizing, and synthesizing customer feedback into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver training sessions or workshops
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams

## Nice to have

- Experience working as part of a software product development organization
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial engineering, or hardware product development
- Experience creating implementation playbooks or workflow guides for complex technical products
- Familiarity with modern documentation platforms, knowledge bases, or developer documentation tools
- Familiarity with using structured product documentation to train or ground AI assistants
- Experience supporting enterprise software customers or technical SaaS products
