- Ability to communicate technical details with both executives and developers
- Track record of owning complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Empathy for developers and passion for developer experience

## Nice to have

- Production experience deploying Next.js or similar frameworks on Vercel or comparable platforms
- Experience with composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics)
- Cloud or architecture certifications
- Familiarity with security and privacy standards (SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA)
- Experience building AI-powered applications or agentic workflows
- Experience with the AI SDK
