## Summary

This role maintains and repairs HVAC systems in a defense manufacturing facility, handling installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and refrigerant work across rooftop units, chillers, and building controls. It suits experienced commercial or industrial HVAC technicians who want stable work in a mission-critical environment and can work safely at heights and in confined spaces.

## Required

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience
- Troubleshooting and repair of rooftop units, split systems, and chilled water systems
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, OSHA, and local mechanical codes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders or scaffolding
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status for ITAR compliance

## Nice to have

- State or journeyman HVAC license
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Building Automation Systems and DDC controls experience
- Familiarity with Bekhoff BAS
- Defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government facility experience
- Prior military technical MOS or equivalent service
