## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of material planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning, or supply chain operations in manufacturing
- 3+ years of direct people management leading material planning, inventory planning, or supply chain teams
- Experience managing MRP, inventory planning, supply planning, and replenishment strategies in complex manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to manage supplier risks, balance competing priorities, and collaborate across Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting high-growth, advanced, or rapidly scaling manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting manufacturing of electrical systems, modular infrastructure, data center equipment, or complex industrial products
