## Required

- 10+ years in software architecture or engineering
- 5+ years leading distributed, high-scale, low-latency systems
- Experience designing or leading ad-serving and SSP platform architectures
- Knowledge of header bidding, deal types, and supply-path optimization
- Understanding of identity and addressability concepts (first-party graphs, UID2/PPID)
- Kubernetes experience including multi-cluster and multi-region deployments
- Strong security and privacy patterns knowledge
- Proven ability to convert business needs into roadmaps and execution plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience

## Nice to have

- Experience with premium video/CTV ad serving
- DSP workflow integration experience
- Live events or live linear ad decisioning experience
