- Working fluency across room systems, audio, video, camera, and streaming with diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently and prioritize across maintenance, support, and events
- Structure and discipline around checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation

- Q-SYS DSP platform experience
- Logitech CollabOS and Sync administration
- Broadcast video switcher experience (Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, NewTek TriCaster)
- Digital audio console experience (Yamaha DM7, CL/QL series)

- PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflow knowledge
- Ticketing and workflow system experience (Jira)
- AV contractor and integrator coordination experience
- CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
