- 12+ years of progressive revenue recognition and accounting experience
- 7+ years in leadership roles managing managers
- Executive presence and cross-functional influence
- Deep expertise in ASC 606 and software/SaaS/hardware/services revenue recognition
- Complex contract review and analysis
- Deal structuring and business-oriented revenue guidance
- Close process improvement and revenue operations scaling
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

## Nice to have

- Public accounting background
- CPA certification
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and RevPro
- SEC reporting and revenue disclosure ownership
