- Interest in autonomous vehicle technology with commitment to safety and reliability
- Experience in autonomous vehicle operations, automotive, robotics, fleet operations, or technical training
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive systems, robotics, hardware, software, and networks
- Working proficiency with Linux-based systems and scripting languages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Completion of role-based eLearning and certifications for supported vehicle platforms
- Logical and unbiased problem-solving with ability to document findings
- Ability to follow detailed procedures with strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management in time-sensitive environments
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions within operational and safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

## Nice to have

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Computer Science, Physics, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Experience designing and implementing technical training programs or certification processes
- Working knowledge of Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Java, C++, or similar embedded systems languages
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Python, and network analysis tools like Wireshark
- Knowledge of modern automotive diagnostic procedures and vehicle networks
- Experience with LiDAR, radar, cameras, CAN bus, and autonomous vehicle sensor systems
- Demonstrated experience in Linux-based operational and analytical environments
- Experience performing data analysis for issue investigation and trend identification
