- Deep expertise in S/4HANA PP, MRP, and MES platforms
- Hands-on integration experience with third-party MES systems like Werum PAS-X
- Strong understanding of GxP methodologies and computer system validation
- Experience leading enterprise manufacturing digitization programs
- Experience with cross-functional manufacturing, quality, and supply chain process dependencies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years experience

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of SAP IBP and Kinaxis integration with production planning
- Experience defining SAP segmentation capabilities across planning and manufacturing
- Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and best practices
