## Required

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or AI (or Master's with 12+ years experience)
- 8+ years industry experience (or 12+ with Master's)
- Proven experience leading technical teams or driving architectural roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least one or two of: distributed systems and hybrid inference, algorithmic and inference optimization, or advanced systems and compiler engineering
- End-to-end systems leadership across full-stack AI systems engineering

## Nice to have

- Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, MLSys or similar venues
- Active contributions to open-source ML infrastructure projects like vLLM, ONNX Runtime, Apache TVM, or llama.cpp
- Deep understanding of privacy-preserving techniques like federated learning and differential privacy
