- Experience working multiple shifts including nights and weekends
- Hands-on leadership in high-volume production
- Working knowledge of GMP and food safety standards

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- Continuous improvement experience (WCM/TPM/Lean)
- Track record driving team performance and improvement initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Operations, QA, and Planning
