- Experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration

- Working knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and endpoint security
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting a globally distributed or remote workforce
- Familiarity with Linux, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with scripting or workflow automation using Python or JavaScript
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset-management platforms
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or compliance activities
- Background in AI, machine learning, research, or developer-focused organizations
- Exposure to MCP integrations or agentic workflows
