- 5+ years automotive retail or wholesale experience at exempt level
- Prior automotive retail sales experience (Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of dealership Aftersales operations and profit drivers
- Ability to communicate effectively across customer and leadership levels
- Working knowledge of vehicle technology, maintenance, and parts functionality
- Valid driver's license with approved driving record
- Bilingual Spanish and English

## Nice to have

- Sales Operations or new car sales experience
- Automotive OEM corporate experience in Marketing, Warranty, or Customer Service
- ASE certification in four or more areas
