- Proven track record developing and managing complex analytics data marts and pipelines
- Big data tools and frameworks experience such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
- Data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL pipeline experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
