## Required

- 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy with ownership of recurring reporting or analytics
- SQL: independently write and debug warehouse queries including joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregation logic
- Advanced Google Sheets proficiency
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and reports
- Personally shipped working automation using Glean, n8n, Apps Script, or comparable platforms
- Ability to frame vague business questions into structured problems with appropriate rigor
- Clear communication of complex data models to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive ownership and high accuracy standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- Hex or similar analytics tooling experience
- Python proficiency
- Advanced degree or certification
