## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Machine operating experience
- Follow batching instructions and record batch control records
- Perform Clean-In-Place operations
- Maintain production records and sanitation logs
- Physical capability to perform job duties

## Nice to have

- Food manufacturing experience
- Infant formula manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with cGMPs, SOPs, HACCP, or similar quality programs
