## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing complex global HR programs in matrixed organizations
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with benefits platforms or HR systems implementations

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or equivalent experience
- Background in global benefits transformation or digital employee experience
- Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEBS)
- Experience with Product-Based Operating Model (PBOM) methodologies
- Background in M&A integration or divestiture projects
- Project or agile certifications (PMP, Scrum)
