- familiarity with SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, and operational resilience frameworks
- working knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps, container security, or application security
- high autonomy and independent decision-making
- strong executive presence and communication skills
- emotional intelligence and comfort with ambiguity

## Nice to have

- prior experience managing strategic accounts at cybersecurity or infrastructure software companies
- experience supporting or selling into banks, asset managers, insurers, or fintechs
