- Portfolio with strong motion work

- Storytelling instincts around rhythm, timing, and motion
- Comfort with rapid iteration and evolving toolsets

## Nice to have

- Professional experience producing talking head videos or creator background
- Experience with node-based workflows in ComfyUI, Fal, Weavy, or similar
- Model chaining, batch generation automation, or Python/JavaScript scripting
- LoRA training or model fine-tuning for style consistency
- 3D work in Blender or Cinema 4D
